Information in a request
The inquiry forms collect your name, company, email, optional phone, request type, site or delivery details, and the message you choose to provide. Equipment requests may include manufacturer part numbers, selling units and quantities.
Quote basket and necessary storage
Necessary session cookies keep your equipment selections and quantities available while you prepare a quote request. A work-email draft entered in the quick inquiry field stays in your browser until you open the full form.
Purpose
Request details are used for the inquiry, related service or equipment discussions, and maintaining the request record. The inquiry form does not enroll you in marketing email.
Website request retention
The active website request record is removed 90 days after submission. This schedule applies to records in the website database; correspondence held separately by email and recovery backups have separate storage cycles.
Website operation
Web-server request logs can include an IP address, request time, requested address and browser information used to operate and protect the website. The inquiry forms do not request payment details, create customer accounts or accept file uploads.
